Refer Eximius and Earn

You know whodoes the hiring.

They are buried: hundreds of applicants a role, no time to screen them properly, and managers who do not trust the shortlist. Eximius fixes that, and you earn a commission when they buy.

10%if they come through your link
15%if you introduce them
25%if you close it yourself

Of subscription value, once they subscribe and pay their first invoice.

What Eximius actually does

Worth being precise about this, because it is not what most people assume when they hear AI and hiring in the same sentence.

It does not find candidates

Eximius works on the applicants a company already has. Sourcing is somebody else's job.

Do not promise a pipeline.
It ranks, then screens

Applicants are matched and ranked for fit. The strongest matches are screened automatically, by chat, voice or video.

The screening is a conversation, not a keyword filter.
It shows its working

Every call comes with its reasoning, including the rejections. A recruiter can read those and send anyone back for screening.

The shortlist is a suggestion, not a verdict.

Who to introduce

If you know one of these people, you can make a referral

Anyone accountable for filling roles. What matters is application volume rather than company size: a 200-person business hiring forty people is a better fit than a 5,000-person business hiring six.

The opening ask is always the same. A free live demo, about thirty minutes, no obligation. You do not have to be in the room.

Listen for

If you've heard one of these comments, there's a commission waiting

You are not expected to qualify anyone. These are simply the lines that mean somebody has the problem.

We're getting hundreds of applications per role.

Volume is the problem Eximius exists for.

My recruiters spend all day opening resumes.

Reading is the work that disappears.

20 open roles, hundreds of resumes, two recruiters.

The capacity gap, stated the way they state it.

My managers do not trust the shortlist.

It arrives with no evidence behind it.

We cannot interview for every kind of role.

No recruiter screens equally well across every discipline.

We waste time interviewing people who cannot do the job.

A weak screen, paid for in calendars.

Half the resumes look written by ChatGPT.

Resumes stopped being a signal. Conversations did not.

We cannot defend why we rejected someone.

Scorecards give a record instead of a hunch.

Visible in the PROearn app as they happen, so once you are a partner you never have to wonder whether a referral counted.

Who does what

You are finished once you have made the introduction. The Eximius team runs the demo, the trial and the commercial conversation, and your pipeline updates as each stage moves. You will not be asked to join calls you do not want to join.

If you would rather run it yourself

Once you are a partner you can request represent access for Eximius in the app, and an admin reviews it. Approved partners close the deal themselves at 25%, with product training and pricing guidance first. Approval is per product, so being cleared on Eximius does not clear you on the others.

You watch your money move stage by stage.Join, and the app opens up once your application is approved.

Objections

Questions you will get asked

Not by us. By the people you introduce, once you start. How to handle each without overreaching.

“Is this replacing my recruiters?”

It targets the part recruiters least want to do, which is opening hundreds of resumes to find the ten worth a call. The pitch is capacity, not headcount. Anything about their specific process is a demo question.

“What does it cost?”

Pricing depends on hiring volume and which parts of the platform they use. Do not quote a number. If you are wrong it damages your relationship, not ours.

“Will it work with our ATS?”

Integration coverage changes as new connections ship, so point this at the demo. Name their ATS when you refer them and the team can confirm before the call.

“Candidates will hate being screened by AI.”

A fair objection and worth taking seriously rather than brushing off. Say it is exactly what the demo should cover, and that you would want to see the candidate experience yourself before recommending it.

Your credibility comes from knowing where your knowledge ends. Saying you do not know, but that they will get a straight answer, costs you nothing. A confident wrong answer costs you the relationship.

None of these are yours to answer alone.Partners get the materials, the training and a team who closes the deal you get paid on.
